A full package opening video showing the unboxing from the sealed package
Our team will verify and arrange the exchange after reviewing the proof.
Yes. The product must:
Be unused and in its original packaging.
Have all tags, accessories, and free gifts (if any) included.
Match the damage/issue shown in your submitted proof.
Have a valid unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping charges.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Unfortunately, without a full package opening video, we will not be able to process an exchange for damaged or wrong products. This policy ensures transparency for both customers and our team.
